Terms of Service

These Terms define the conditions of use of Musin platform, describe the rights and obligations of the parties, and establish the legal nature of the service.

3. Access to the Platform and Registration

The services are available to persons with full legal capacity. Registration requires providing accurate information. Condition: the checkbox "I accept the Terms" must be marked at the time of registration — without registration, access is not possible.

4. Description of the Service

Musin provides the technical capability for artists to send pitches to recipients connected with the music business (labels, etc.).
Musin Path is not an agent or a label but an intermediary between artists and recipients of their service or collaboration requests.
If a profile name contains "Relay," this indicates it is a contact page through which Musin forwards artist requests.

5. User Obligations

The user guarantees that they have the rights to the uploaded content.
It is prohibited to post illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others or ethical norms.
The user is responsible for their registration data and the security of access credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All exclusive rights to content remain with the artist.
Musin receives a limited license to forward and display the content. All tracks and texts may be used on the platform until deleted by the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is," without a guarantee of results - specifically, without guaranteeing feedback on artist requests.
Musin is not responsible for the actions of recipients, technical failures, data loss, or lost profits.
Maximum liability is limited to the value of services paid over the last six months.

8. Violations and Sanctions

Accounts may be blocked, content removed, or authorities notified in case of violations of the Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

Users will be notified of changes 15 days in advance.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Applicable law and judicial territory: EU.
Possibility of pre-trial resolution (e.g., arbitration).
